The SUMAJU Disposable Tea Bags are an excellent option if you're looking for good quality disposable tea bags that are durable and can be composted afterward. The tea bags are made of thin wood pulp paper that doesn't fall apart when exposed to hot water. Water can filter through the bag well enough to ensure my tea is properly steeped and the paper doesn't impart any flavor to tea, even very delicate flavored mild teas. The bags can be tied closed using the small cotton strings attached at the top of the bag but don't have anything to loop onto your tea handle. I ended up just allowing the strings to fall into the teacup simply because if you allow the string to dangle outside, your tea will start dripping out of the cup thanks to capillary action. I liked how the bag is large enough to hold tea for a small pot of tea when I feel like it, but like most people, I use the bags primarily for single-cup applications. Overall, they're very good tea bags and something I would purchase again.
